We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or interruptions caused by third-party platforms.
8. Intellectual Property
All SteelSystems branding, systems, website assets, copy, workflows, and software remain the property of SteelSystems unless otherwise agreed.
Clients retain ownership of their business name, logo, and provided business content.
9. Limitation of Liability
SteelSystems shall not be liable for:

Platform downtime caused by third-party services
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client during the previous 30 days.
